Delivery

U.K.

We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £50 (after any discounts have been applied). All other orders will be sent at the cost of £3.50.

All orders will be sent by Royal Mail Second Class (Please email hello@willow-and-co.co.uk for any special requests and we will do our best to accommodate).

We will do our best to dispatch all orders placed before 12pm that same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

Please expect 3-5 working days for delivery.

International 

We do not currently offer international delivery.

Returns

If you have changed your mind, we accept returns on items that have their packaging unopened and are unused, with original packaging, receipt and tags etc still intact. This must be returned at the cost of the customer within 14 days of receipt.

We are not responsible for any order delivered to the wrong address whereby the customer has not entered correct delivery information or any address information is missing.

We take care to ensure that your order is properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. If this happened, please contact us on hello@willow-and-co.co.uk as soon as you receive it and we will deal with this on a case by case basis.
